Doug Oberhamer is an accomplished classical/jazz pianist and  trumpeter.

He has worked with numerous groups and individuals in many different capacities- Nile Rodgers, Frank WildhornVanessa Daou - MCA Records, The Blues Jumpers, Nick Palumbo and the Flipped Fedoras, Kenny Garrett, Doctor Donald Byrd, Paul Schaeffer, Dia’hann Carroll, Jerry Lewis and Joan Rivers to list a few.

Latest projects:  Hamlet The Rock Musical - Music Director, Arranger, Orchestrator and Conductor.  Cagney - Music Director, Conductor and Dance Arranger. Errol and Fidel - Co-composer, Arranger, Orchestrator and Music Director.  The Bench: Journey into Love - Composer, Arranger, Orchestrator and Music Supervisor.  Arrangements, Orchestrations and Track production for Addy and Uno, a wonderful children’s show running Off-Broadway at the New World Stages.  Vocal Arranger and Music Director for It’s A Wonderful Life: A Life Radio Play at the prestigious Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey.

Music Director and Music Supervisor of the Warner Bros./Chinese Production of Reel to Real - a multimedia show fusing live performance with film clips from Golden Age Movie Musicals.  Doug composed a large section of the show for the Chinese production (Monumental Journey, Passage through the Abyss and Mystique of the Great Wall). 

Doug has also written many songs and jingles that have been heard throughout the world.  (Morning Mist, One More Night)

Vocal Coaching and Audition Preparation has been a very rewarding part of Doug’s career.  He has a very high success rate with his students focusing on building confidence through thorough preparation, both physically and mentally.
